Complaints

If a product is discovered to be faulty, defective or wrongly transported, please contact us at info@twistin.se for further instructions.

Faulty or damaged products shall be reported to us within 14 days. Twistin’ of Sweden will, at return of faulty or damaged products, pay shipping fees and possible replacement deliveries. The product must be well wrapped in its original packing, with a description of the defect attached. If the product is lost or damaged during the return transportation, you will be liable for payment.

Right of withdrawal + 100 % Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without having to inform us of the cause of cancellation, assuming that the product is returned to us in an unaltered and undamaged condition. The product must be returned in an unused condition, and in its original packing.

Contact us at info@twistin.se for further instructions. The sum will be repaid in full within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. You will, as a customer, pay for any return shipping fees. Return may not occur in the form of Cash On Delivery.
